Trying to sell a not quite built property in Winter gloom can be an uphill battle so Upstate property developers, Catskill Concepts, asked to see what the property would look like 6 months later. I searched through the my photo archive for all the necessary shots; trees, stone walls, flowers, asphalt etc. Adding the green trees changed Winter to Summer, then a new stone front wall, a paint job and landscaping followed.
