Baseball star's $5M Penthouse Duplex in Tribeca where thankfully most of the personal stuff was out of sight.
Avedon Studio
Recently shot Richard Avedon's photo studio over on East 75th St. It was a blast to see the original filing labels on some of the cabinets: Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor etc.
Another furnished shoot, this time up in the Hudson Valley for Pat at Limited Editions, with the current residents making sure that everything was neat and tidy for the cameras, resulting in a nice photo showcase for the realtor.

Photo realistic rendering for Michael Bolla in Manhattan. Michael recently restored this five story brownstone to it's original landmark specifications.
Photo documentation of the restoration was engaged over a nine month period with monthly work progress shoots of each floor working from the ground up.
The photos were featured in several articles the Realty Section of major publications including the New York Times and Daily News and also in several TV segments.
Channel 11 in NYC featured several construction stills in this segment o0n Michael Bolla's landmark Chelsea Brownstone restoration
Brochure Interiors
for Print & eBlast
A series of available light interiors for display homes advertsing via printed brochures and eBlast. Very limited setup, just a fairly quick walkthru with bounced flash with additional lighting sweeting added in Photoshop.
Buildings Past and Present
for Realtor's Archive
A photographic record of past and present properties developed, sold, or rented by Michael Bolla in Manhattan. Photos were used in brochures and online advertsing and involved lots of walking, weather co-ordinating and traffic control to get a fairly matching set for the archive.
Client: Limited Editions Realty Change of Season Animation
The objective was to show what the property would look like 6 months in the future, in Summer and add a little lived in look to it as wel. The 'Summer Look' ads were run and before the end of Winter the property was sold.
